Mediatek Kompanio 1300T

Mediatek Kompanio 1300T - это быстрая SoC среднего уровня со встроенным 5G-модемом для планшетов на базе Android. Она включает в себя два кластера процессоров. Четыре ядра ARM Cortex-A78 с частотой до 2,6 ГГц и для повышения энергоэффективности четыре ядра ARM Cortex-A55 с частотой до 2 ГГц. По сравнению с Mediatek Dimensity 1300 и Dimensity 1200здесь нет основного ядра с более высокой тактовой частотой (из четырех A78), поэтому производительность в один поток значительно ниже.

Кроме того, в чип интегрирован 9-ядерный графический процессор ARM Mali-G77 MC9, модем Wi-fi 6 (ax), контроллер памяти LPDDR4x (до 5266 Мбит/с), процессор искусственного интеллекта (APU 3.0 с 6 ядрами) и функции де- и кодирования видео (включая AV1).

Чип производится по современному 6-нм техпроцессу и должен быть очень энергоэффективным.
