Oppo Find X8 Ultra: Leaker names specs of flagship that will compete globally against Galaxy S25 Ultra

Those who are positively inclined towards the Hasselblad tuning and camera system of the Oppo Find X8 Pro, which has now also arrived in Europe, may have reason to rejoice in 2025 after all. Although an official Oppo UK employee recently de facto ruled out a global launch of the Oppo Find X8 Ultra, there now seems to be new evidence of a launch outside China.

At least this is what Indian leaker Yogesh Brar suggests in a recent article on Smartprix. The article states that the positive reaction to the global launch of Find X8 and Find X8 Pro and the subsequent strong sales figures have led to a rethink among Oppo's management. According to the article, there are currently indications of initial tests for a global Oppo Find X8 Ultra alongside preparations for a global Oppo Find N5 launch, which is likely to be the upcoming OnePlus Open 2.

In recent days, well-known Chinese leaker Digital Chat Station has also commented several times on the design, features and specs of the Oppo Find X8 Ultra. According to his comments, the design will change little compared to the Oppo Find X7 Ultra, but the 6.82-inch 2K AMOLED from BOE will be slightly curved in a more modern look. In terms of camera technology, it will resemble the Oppo Find X8 Pro, albeit with a thicker camera hump. After all, the Snapdragon 8 Elite flagship is expected to feature a 1-inch main camera, a dual periscope telephoto and a new IMX882 ultra-wide-angle camera.
