UNISOC T765

UniSoc T765 - это SoC среднего класса с 8 процессорными ядрами в двух кластерах. Два больших ядра ARM Cortex-A76 работают на частоте до 2,3 ГГц. Шесть меньших ядер работают на частоте до 2,1 ГГц.

Встроенный контроллер памяти поддерживает LPDDR4/4X с частотой до 2133 МГц (2x 16 бит). Встроенный провайдер поддерживает камеру с разрешением до 108 МПикселей. Интегрированная графическая карта представляет собой ARM Mali-G57 MC2 (2 ядра) используется. Встроенный 5G-модем поддерживает TDD+FDD CA в спектре суб-6 ГГц с полосой пропускания 130 МГц.

Чип изготовлен по несколько устаревшему 6-нм техпроцессу (EUV в TSMC).
