Microsoft Surface Pro 5 действительно получил ряд изменений, однако они коснулись только его внутреннего наполнения. Внешне устройство осталось таким же, как и его предшественник, но с одним различием: теперь его подставка отклоняется до 165 градусов. Под таким углом планшет практически лежит на поверхности. Остальное не изменилось: прочный корпус из магниевого сплава приятного серебристого цвета, хорошее качество сборки, малый вес и компактные габариты.

The New Surface Pro certainly is a natural progression from the Surface Pro 4, rather than a massive leap forward. The seventh-gen Kaby Lake processors and extra battery life are well worthwhile, but to be expected. The additional flexibility of the kickstand is fairly slight, albeit not unwelcome. Hopefully the new Type Covers and Surface Pen will similarly offer some improvements.

Intel HD Graphics 620: Графический процессор Intel среднего (GT2) класса, встроенный в некоторые центральные процессоры поколения Intel Kaby Lake. Некоторые - это те, что с 15-ваттным TDP.

Графические процессоры этой категории производительности справятся со многими играми, если не гнаться за максимальным разрешением и качеством картинки. Сравнительно умеренное энергопотребление таких GPU обеспечит увеличение времени автономной работы.

i5-7300U: Kaby-Lake based SoC with two CPU cores clocked at 2.5 to 3.1 GHz, HyperThreading and manufactured with an improved 14nm process. Compared to the older Core i7-7500U, the i5 offers only 3 MB L3 cache but the same Turbo clock speed.
