Beyond performance gains, POCO adds better value to the X7 Pro with a upgraded main camera. It looks and feels the part, is impressively potent, and lasts multiple days of regular use before needing to refuel. Its main camera can deliver nicely rounded shots during the day, and doesn’t completely fall apart at night either. It’s more of an everyman than the Honor Magic 7 Lite, which has gone all-in on battery capacity for a little extra cash. The Nothing Phone 2a is a more direct rival, with a more distinctive appearance and superior cameras. Poco also needs to do more to reign in how many apps and games are pre-loaded out of the box. That might fly back home, but in the West it’s a sign of cheapness. If that’s the only real indicator the X7 Pro is in bargain basement territory, though, I’d still say that’s a job well done.

We found its battery life and charging good enough, and its rich connectivity options are a big plus. The Poco X7 main camera does not live up to our expectations as it didn't offer a lossless 2x zoom, which was available on the Poco X6 (with a solid 4x option even, too). While the Poco X7 Pro comes with HyperOS 2 and Android 15, the X7 comes with HyperOS 1 and Android 14, which means one less major upgrade for this phone.

Графические процессоры этой категории производительности справятся со многими играми, если не гнаться за максимальным разрешением и качеством картинки. Сравнительно умеренное энергопотребление таких GPU обеспечит увеличение времени автономной работы.
ARM Immortalis-G720 MP7: Высокотехнологичный графический чип для смартфонов с 7 из 16 возможных ядер. Основан на новой архитектуре "5-го поколения" (преемник Valhall), включающей Variable Rate Shading (VRS) и Ray Racing. По сравнению с G715, производительность должна быть на 15% выше при тех же тактовых частотах.
Графические процессоры этой категории производительности справятся лишь с самыми простыми играми, больше подходя для простых дел - просмотра видео в Сети и обработки документов. Плюсом можно считать скромный нагрев и расход энергии.
ARM Mali-G615 MP2: Графический чип среднего уровня для смартфонов с 2 из 6 возможных ядер. Основан на четвертом поколении архитектуры Valhall. Предлагает затенение с переменной скоростью.

Mediatek :
Dimensity 8400: MediaTek Dimensity 8400 работает с восемью ядрами ARM Cortex-A725, основанными на "all-big-core design", который полностью полагается на производительные ядра. Одно ядро ARM Cortex-A725 работает на частоте 3,25 ГГц, три других - на 3,0 ГГц, а оставшиеся четыре ядра служат энергоэффективными производительными ядрами и работают на частоте до 2,1 ГГц.
Dimensity 7300: Dimensity 7300 - это процессор среднего уровня со встроенным 5G-модемом. Процессорная часть объединяет четыре ядра ARM Cortex-A78 с частотой до 2,5 ГГц и четыре силовых ядра Cortex-A55 с частотой до 2 ГГц. SoC производится по современному 4-нм техпроцессу.
