So the Redmi 12C is evidently an entry-level offering. The smartphone comes with a striking, yet flimsy design. We get a pretty average display, but good-enough performance. We get a very good battery backup, but the charging is super slow. Overall, the smartphone is good for the price you will pay for it. There are smartphones that will offer you a better experience in all these aspects within the same budget, but the Redmi 12C comes with Xiaomi’s solid track record in this segment. The Redmi 12C is priced at ₹8,999 onwards in India. For this price, the smartphone offers a pretty complete package. The software remains the same as other Xiaomi smartphones with MIUI, but if you can get over that, the Redmi 12C is one of the good devices you can buy at this price.

Xiaomi company released its low-budget smartphone Xioami Redmi 12C in December 2022 at an expected price of $109 (Rs 8,490 in India) approx. In this smartphone, you get a 50MP dual camera with a 5MP selfie camera lens for capturing photos. With this, you can record 1080p videos from both cameras. For battery backup, the Redmi 12C smartphone offers a massive Li-Po 5000 mAh battery with regular 10W charging support. In terms of display, the Redmi 12C equips a 6.71 inches IPS LCD display with 500 nits brightness and 720 x 1650 pixels resolution. The smartphone weighs around 192 grams and is available in three color variants: Black, Mint, Blue, and Violet. A rear-mounted fingerprint scanner is also present for security purposes. Speaking of both these devices, there are a lot of things worth appreciable such as the high capacity battery, slim design, latest Android version, and multiple color options. The smartphones arrive at a price tag that is friendly for users to invest in but still, there are some downsides on both the devices. The display section feels average especially when we talk about the 5G variant as per pricing. On the 4G variant, the performance feels quite underwhelming. Since the device caters to budget segment users we can’t expect much from a smartphone in this range. However, it can’t be overlooked that alternatives with the same price tag arrive with a better set of specs and value-for-money proposals. The Redmi 12 4G and 5G variants are good for general usage but if you are looking for a value-for-money deal, then check out the Honor 90 Lite as an alternative option that comes with almost similar specifications and in the same price range.

Furthermore, the high consumption of social apps and gaming drained the battery quickly as well. Обзор смартфона Xiaomi Redmi 12 Turbo Harry Potter Edition: в поисках волшебства

Анализировать ценность именно Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Turbo Harry Potter Edition довольно сложно. Повторю только то, что сказал в самом начале: сам факт, что подобное издание получила именно относительно недорогая трубка, уже радует. А добавляет радости то, что это издание оказалось действительно качественным – смартфон здорово оформлен, получил отличный чехол в «гаррипоттеровском» стиле, а упакован вообще на 9¾ из 10. Но не понятно, что с доступностью этого издания – причем не только в РФ, но и в Китае. Впрочем, можно проанализировать сам смартфон, особенно рассматривая его в первую очередь как POCO F5, который как раз глобальную версию получил, в отличие от Redmi Note 12 Turbo. И анализ этот показывает, что модель вышла очень интересная.

Графические процессоры этой категории производительности справятся лишь с самыми простыми играми, больше подходя для простых дел - просмотра видео в Сети и обработки документов. Плюсом можно считать скромный нагрев и расход энергии.

ARM Mali-G52 MP2:

Графические процессоры этой категории производительности справятся со многими играми, если не гнаться за максимальным разрешением и качеством картинки. Сравнительно умеренное энергопотребление таких GPU обеспечит увеличение времени автономной работы.

Qualcomm Adreno 725: Графический чип для смартфонов и планшетов, интегрированный в SoC Qualcomm Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2. По данным Qualcomm, он в 2 раза быстрее, чем старый Adreno 644 в Snapdragon 7 Gen 1.

Чип производится по современному 4-нм техпроцессу в TSMC.
